As a Finance Transformation Managing Consultant at Capgemini Invent, you will play a pivotal role in driving transformation tailored to the challenges faced by clients today and in the future. Your expertise in Finance Transformation Consulting will be essential as you work flexibly across the Enterprise Model & Strategy portfolio.

Your Role

In this managerial position within the Finance & Enterprise Value practice, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the delivery of strategic transformation projects, collaborating with clients and team members to identify business challenges and propose solutions.
• Developing and presenting insights and recommendations based on solid evidence to ensure client satisfaction.
• Building strong client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor.
• Providing leadership for assigned offerings, including the creation and enhancement of playbooks and toolkits.
• Coaching and managing team members to support their development and performance.
• Driving the growth of the Finance & Enterprise Value practice through leadership and recruitment efforts.
• Commercializing and expanding assigned solutions to meet business objectives, with a sales target of £0.5m.
• Contributing to internal initiatives such as campaign development and practice growth.

Your Profile

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• Proven consulting and leadership experience, with a history of successfully managing teams and projects.
• Expertise in performance improvement and familiarity with finance processes.
• Experience across various industries relevant to the role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients.
• Extensive experience in managing relationships with senior executives.
• Proven ability to drive business development and lead the growth of solutions.
• Experience in building and managing high-performing teams.
• Qualification as a UK Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
• Desirable experience in AI-driven solutions.
