We are currently looking for a Finance Business Partner to join our EMEA GTM Finance & Strategy team. In this pivotal role, you will provide financial expertise and guidance to our EMEA go-to-market teams, supporting strategic decision-making as we grow. Your responsibilities will include analyzing financial data, constructing models, and delivering insights that drive informed business decisions related to revenue goals, sales capacity planning, deal desk operations, and marketing spend returns.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a financial expert and advisor to the EMEA go-to-market teams, offering insights and recommendations on financial strategies and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with various departments to conduct financial analyses, develop financial models, and support strategic business decisions related to revenue targets and sales capacity planning.
• Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports and forecasts, emphasizing key trends, risks, and opportunities to assist stakeholders and executives in making informed decisions.
• Work closely with the strategic finance team, FP&A, and accounting to ensure alignment between go-to-market strategies and overall financial objectives.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), business partnering, consulting, investment banking, or similar fields.
• Proven experience in supporting or establishing finance functions in international or EMEA markets.
• Exceptional analytical abilities to distill complex data into clear, actionable insights and to create robust financial models.
• Strong communication skills to effectively present financial information to non-financial audiences, including senior management.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning within a high-growth context.
• Knowledge of multi-entity and multi-currency financial environments, along with an understanding of EMEA regulatory requirements.
• A proactive approach, strong work ethic, and the capability to deliver results under tight deadlines.
• A genuine interest in Anthropic’s mission to develop safe and transformative AI systems.
