As part of the Equities team, you will engage in real work from day one, taking ownership of your responsibilities while collaborating with experienced professionals. You will be empowered to make decisions and develop your analytical skills, which are crucial for making informed recommendations on behalf of our clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Work within a research team, focusing on specific regional coverage, analyzing companies’ products, services, strategies, and financial data.
• Assess current and future trading environments and evaluate the effectiveness of management teams.
• Provide buy or sell recommendations to Portfolio Managers based on your analysis.
• Build financial models to identify share price drivers and forecast earnings accurately.
• Compile detailed research reports to guide investment decisions for client funds.

Support and Development

You will begin the program with a comprehensive induction that introduces you to investment management and its role in the financial markets. Throughout your journey, you will receive support to prepare for the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1 exam and participate in training hosted by the Investment Management Academy.
