We are currently looking for a motivated Business Analyst to join our Sales Engineering Operations team within the Identity & Access Management (IAM) sector of cybersecurity. Our team operates with agility and is focused on process-driven execution. We engage early in New Product Introductions (NPIs) and adapt to changing go-to-market (GTM) strategies, developing functional prototypes alongside evolving requirements to deliver effective software demos for late-stage sales discussions, live demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).

This position emphasizes business analysis with a strong focus on technical validation. You will synthesize early-stage sales narratives and GTM requirements into developer-ready user stories, acting as the final validator to ensure prototypes meet success criteria.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate sales logic into developer stories by partnering with sales engineering, product, and GTM teams to capture initial feature ideas and convert them into clear user stories and workflows in Jira.
• Drive iterative prototyping loops using storytelling and visual mapping skills to create mockups and prototypes, avoiding traditional bottlenecks.
• Utilize company-approved AI tools to enhance delivery speed and documentation workflows.
• Execute last-mile human validation by manually testing complex IAM features that cannot be automated.
• Maintain demo readiness by coordinating feedback between developers and sales stakeholders to ensure prototypes are functional and polished.
• Stay updated on sales and sales engineering processes, advocating for necessary improvements.

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of experience in business analysis, tech support, or systems analysis.
• Strong technical storytelling abilities to structure business inputs into logical data flows or user journeys.
• A natural curiosity for testing applications across multiple platforms and devices.
• No coding skills are required, but practical experience with Generative AI is essential.
• Familiarity with IAM or Cyber Security concepts is advantageous, as is experience in sales or customer-facing technology roles.
