Job Description

The Debt Advisory team at Evercore is one of the largest in Europe, having advised on over $500 billion in financings across various sectors. Interns will support corporate, infrastructure, and real estate clients in raising debt financing for refinancing, new projects, and M&A activities. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting financial modeling and analysis using Excel.
• Researching debt markets and capital structures.
• Preparing presentation materials in PowerPoint for client meetings.
• Managing project execution tasks, including client updates and legal documentation.
• Assisting in negotiations and market sounding with lenders and investors.
• Supporting senior team members with internal reporting and presentations.
