Commercial Manager Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Commercial Manager, where no prior experience is necessary. This role offers a salary of £60,000 and provides an excellent opportunity to develop your commercial awareness while contributing to TPP’s growth in both UK and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research on the legal and commercial landscapes of new markets, both domestically and internationally.
• Identify potential risks associated with new business opportunities and communicate these effectively.
• Establish corporate structures to facilitate business operations.
• Prepare competitive bids for new contracts, including those for national frameworks and high-value projects.
• Review and update company policies to ensure they are relevant and effective.
• Manage contract performance to ensure that customer expectations are met.
• Conduct meetings with key stakeholders to negotiate contract terms and variations.
• Lead the execution of contracts in collaboration with various internal teams.

Qualifications

• A predicted 2:1 or higher classification at degree level.
• A minimum of AAB at A-level.
