In this role, you will:

• Become a key member of the audit team from day one, engaging in client work quickly.
• Conduct thorough, risk-focused reviews of clients’ financial records, processes, and controls.
• Play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, building trust among stakeholders.
• Work with a diverse array of clients, including owner-managed businesses, large listed groups, charities, and not-for-profit organizations.
• Primarily work from the office or client sites, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and receiving support during your early career.

To be successful in this position, you should possess:

• A minimum of 112 UCAS points from three A levels (or equivalent level 3 qualification), or 104 UCAS points from four Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or an Irish Leaving Certificate (higher level).
• An obtained or predicted honours degree.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey complex information clearly.
• The ability to analyze and interpret data to solve problems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships and remain calm under pressure.
• A genuine interest in business and commerce, along with strong organizational and time management skills.
• A willingness to travel to client sites and other offices as required.
