In this pivotal role within the Cloud Advisory capability unit, you will contribute to Capgemini’s leadership in cloud transformation across various industries. As a Consultant/Senior Consultant focused on Cloud Operating Model Transformation, your responsibilities will include supporting clients in designing, assessing, and evolving cloud operating models that prioritize automation and are ready for AI integration.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advisory services on the operational and organizational impacts of cloud transformation, helping to develop digitally enabled business models.
• Conduct assessments and audits of existing cloud operating models to identify areas for improvement, translating findings into future-state designs.
• Design target cloud operating models and service management frameworks that align with client strategies and cloud maturity.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of cloud operating model transformations, using metrics to recommend improvements.
• Utilize skills in strategy development and service management to deliver digitally enabled business outcomes.
• Collaborate across organizational levels to innovate and implement cloud transformations.
• Advise on the practical application of large language models and agentic AI within cloud operating models.
• Support clients in understanding AI governance considerations.

Requirements

• Experience in transforming businesses through technology and redefining operational processes.
• Proficiency in ITIL V4 and/or V5 best practices, with a focus on automation and AI-enabled tools.
• ITIL V4 and/or V5 Foundation or higher certification is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI tools and their integration into cloud operating models.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices.
• Experience managing solutions on major cloud platforms and knowledge of cloud security best practices.
• Background in consulting or experience in a major consulting firm.
• Demonstrated curiosity and commitment to continuous learning in the AI domain.
• Experience in business development and leveraging networks for client engagement.
