AI Engineering Consultant / Senior Consultant Overview

At Capgemini Invent, we are dedicated to driving transformation through inventive consulting. We are currently seeking an AI Engineering Consultant or Senior Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on designing, building, and operationalizing advanced AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI systems at an enterprise scale. You will be instrumental in bridging the gap between AI prototypes and the integration of data and AI solutions into business processes.

Your Role

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Assessing and implementing a robust MLOps framework, governance, and best practices in line with industry standards.
• Designing and delivering end-to-end AI/ML systems, from data preparation and model development to deployment and monitoring.
• Delivering solutions using the latest Generative AI and Agentic Frameworks.
• Translating AI use case requirements into data and AI architectures using suitable cloud services.
• Architecting and implementing Generative AI solutions, ensuring ethical and responsible practices throughout the AI lifecycle.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure AI solutions drive business value.
• Contributing to business development and capability development initiatives.

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates with:

• Experience in a major consulting firm or industry with a consulting mindset.
• Proven ability to work with client sponsors to design and build solutions.
• Experience in designing and implementing MLOps strategies and delivering AI/ML solutions at scale.
• Deep understanding of Generative AI and Agentic AI.
• Experience in designing cloud-native data and AI architectures.
