Your Role

• Leading major defense programs, including the development of business cases and transformation strategies.
• Engaging in business development by forming partnerships and consortiums to pursue significant global defense initiatives.
• Fostering a culture of continuous improvement within your team and among clients.

Your Profile

We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications:

• A proven track record in management consulting, particularly in delivering complex transformation projects for aerospace and defense clients.
• Experience in managing client relationships and building credibility in your domain.
• Knowledge of defense programs and the ability to solve complex enterprise challenges.
• Experience in developing AI-driven propositions and a strong interest in artificial intelligence.
