In the rapidly evolving aerospace and defense sectors, our clients are navigating significant changes driven by geopolitical factors and increased investments. We are looking for skilled consulting professionals to join our expanding team at Capgemini Invent. As a vital member of our team, you will collaborate with colleagues and partners to develop and implement solutions that enhance defense outputs and operational efficiency.
Your Role
In this position, you will engage in various activities that contribute to both client and personal growth, including:
- Collaborating across Capgemini to create innovative client solutions that integrate technology, human-centered design, and outcome-focused strategies.
- Shaping project outcomes to facilitate the delivery of significant programs that address client challenges.
- Acting as a delivery owner on major defense initiatives, which involves crafting proposals, designing components of transformation programs, and overseeing on-site implementation.
- Focusing on continuous improvement for yourself, your team, and your clients to push the boundaries of what is achievable.
Your Profile
We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:
- A proven background in consulting, particularly in delivering transformation programs for major aerospace and defense clients.
- Curiosity about artificial intelligence and experience in developing AI-augmented propositions.
- Experience in client-facing roles, with a track record of building trust and credibility in your area of expertise.
- A strong interest in defense programs and problem-solving across various sectors, including public and private.
- A passion for addressing client challenges and achieving tangible outcomes through a combination of technical expertise and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience in tracking and delivering outcomes for clients, along with the necessary change management capabilities to engage clients effectively.
- The ability to work collaboratively within teams and manage individuals, demonstrating integrity and humility to bring out the best performance for clients.
