Responsibilities

• Engage in high-impact projects from the outset, focusing on significant features and leading cross-functional initiatives such as product launches and platform upgrades.
• Collaborate closely with teams across Product, Commercial, and Data to develop features that enhance customer satisfaction.
• Utilize your technical skills to influence critical decisions regarding the design and expansion of the product portfolio.
• Contribute to the team’s future direction by sharing innovative ideas and participating in operational growth.

Requirements

• A background in software engineering, whether through academic studies or personal projects, with experience in JavaScript (preferably Angular) and Python.
• A desire to expand knowledge in Front-End/UX design, Linux, Docker, AWS, and SQL.
• Strong ownership mentality with a focus on delivering value quickly and continuously improving processes.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• A proactive problem-solver who is willing to challenge existing practices for better customer outcomes.
• Effective time management skills, prioritizing tasks that align with company objectives.
