Training Program

Training commences in mid-June with an intensive week of classroom instruction, which includes an introduction to Morgan Stanley and division-specific training. Throughout the internship, participants will engage with business speakers, partake in practical sessions, and have the chance to network with peers through various social activities.

Role and Responsibilities

• Gathering and synthesizing financial and operating information about companies, industries, and governments.
• Creating and updating financial models.
• Gathering market data to analyze trends and assist in valuing and pricing transactions.
• Drafting presentations and memoranda for a broader audience within the firm and the financial services industry.
• Attending team discussions and client meetings.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must be in the penultimate year of study, graduating in 2028 with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills for effective financial data handling.
• Results-driven with the ability to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proven team player capable of managing a variety of responsibilities.
• Excellent academic background with fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas simply and summarize them effectively.
