This position offers a unique opportunity to develop expertise in financial markets, Bloomberg technology, and client engagement while laying the groundwork for a long-term career in Bloomberg’s Financial Solutions division.

Initially, you will work in Analytics, providing 24/7 support to Bloomberg Professional Services clients globally. Your role will involve responding to client inquiries via Instant Bloomberg (IB) chat, solving complex workflow challenges, and helping clients maximize the value of Bloomberg’s offerings. You will gain exposure to a variety of financial workflows, assisting portfolio managers and traders, while developing in-depth product and market knowledge.

As you progress, you will collaborate with clients to introduce new products, deliver training, and support onboarding processes. You will also work closely with Sales teams on strategic initiatives, enhancing your relationship management skills and preparing for future opportunities within Financial Solutions. The most common career path from this program is into Sales, where you will build long-term client relationships and drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Japanese, with strong communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Practical exposure to Python or other coding languages.
• Previous experience in client relationship management or customer support.
