- Select Insert > Pictures > This Device for a picture on your PC.
- Select Insert > Pictures > Stock Images for high quality images or backgrounds.
- Select Insert > Pictures > Online Pictures for a picture on the web.
- Select the picture you want, and then select Insert.

On the Insert tab, click Pictures. Select the option you want to use for inserting pictures

Click on the document where you wish to insert a photo. Select Pictures from the Insert tab. Choose the option for inserting images that you want to utilize. The Photo Browser option allows you to browse existing photo sets on your computer, such as those in iPhoto or Photo Booth.
