Click the cell you want to split in the table. Select the Layout tab from the ribbon. Choose Split Cells. Select the number of columns and rows you want in the Split Cells dialogue, then click OK.

Select the cell that you want to split by clicking the first cell and drag down it to the last cell. Check both the comma and space delimiters and click the next button. Then click the cell where you want to start adding the data.

You have to separate the column for each data in Excel so that you can split the sales rep first
