1. Select a single cell in the column you want to sort.
2. On the Data tab, in the Sort & Filter group, click. to perform an ascending sort (from A to Z, or smallest number to largest).

you can sort your table by one or more columns, by ascending or descending order, or do a custom sort.

Select the range of cell that you want to sort. click on the data tab  nd click sort in the sort & filter group. choose the columns in the sort dialog box that appears and sort it using sort by in the dropdown list. Then click ok to apply the soring.

In the column you want to sort, choose a cell.
Choose one of the following options under the Sort & Filter group on the Data tab: Click to sort from low to high. (Ordered from Smallest to Largest). Click to sort from high to low. Largest to Smallest is the order.
