I have a long document with many headings and subheadings. How can I automatically create a table of contents that updates as I make changes to the document?

							Place the cursor in the document where you wish the table of contents to appear.
In the Ribbon, go to the REFERENCES tab.
In the Table of Contents group, click the Table of Contents button.
Select one of the “Automatic” tables of content styles.

				Click where you want to insert the table of contents
On the toolbar ribbon, select Insert Table of Contents > Insert Table of Contents.
