- Prepare your presentation and save it.
- Sign in to your Microsoft account (OneDrive or Outlook.com).
- Go to “File” > “Share” > “Present Online.”
- Click “Present Online” and select “Office Presentation Service.”
- Copy the link generated and share it with your audience.
- When you’re ready to start, click “Start Presentation.”
Your presentation will now be viewable online, and your audience can follow along using the shared link.
