Inserting a Sound File in Your Document

1. Position the insertion point where you want the sound inserted.
2. Choose Object from the Insert. Word displays the Object dialog box.
3. Click on the Create from File tab.
4. Use the controls on the dialog box to locate a sound file that you want included with your document.
5. Click on OK.

Click Object on the Insert menu, then the Create from File tab.
Select the movie (video clip or sound wave) to include by clicking Browse.
Choose Movie (a video clip or a sound wave).
Insert is selected.
Double-click the media clip’s icon to play it.
Select OK.
