Remove tracked changes
- Click at the beginning of the document.
- On the Review tab, go to Changes.
- Select Accept or Reject. As you accept or reject changes, Word will move to the next change.
- Repeat until you’ve removed all changes in the document

Open the Word document with tracked changes.
Go to the “Review” tab.
Turn on “Track Changes” if not enabled.
To accept individual changes, click “Accept” or right-click and select “Accept Change.”
To reject individual changes, click “Reject” or right-click and select “Reject Change.”
To accept all changes, click the down-arrow next to “Accept” and choose “Accept All Changes in Document.”
