These are the process for transposing data in Excel
1. Make a copy of the cell range.
2. Choose the empty cells where you wish the transposed data to be pasted.
3. Select Paste Transpose from the Paste menu on the Home tab.

Type =TRANSPOSE( With those blank cells still selected, type: =TRANSPOSE)

Select blank cell and type transpose and type the range of the original cells you want to transpose finally, press ctrl +shift+enter.
