- Open Excel.
- Select Blank workbook or press ‘Ctrl+N’.
- Start typing.
- Create a workbook from a template.
- Select File > New

Open MS Excel
Go to Menu and select the New button, And click on the Blank workbook to create a simple worksheet. Or you can use the shortcut key, press Ctrl + N to create a new workbook or Spreadsheet.
