Steps to Install the sample database:
Use SSMS to connect to your SQL Server. Restore the test database to SQL Server if you haven’t previously. In Object Explorer, select Tasks > Deploy Database to Microsoft Azure SQL Database from the menu when you right-click your restored database. To connect to Azure SQL Database and deploy your database, follow the wizard’s instructions.
