How to customize a keyboard shortcuts in Microsoft word ?
- Open Microsoft Word and click on the “File” tab in the menu bar.
- Select “Options” from the menu to open the Word Options dialog box.
- In the dialog box, choose “Customize Ribbon” from the left-hand side.
- Click on the “Customize” button next to the “Keyboard shortcuts” section to open the Customize Keyboard dialog box. From there, you can assign or modify keyboard shortcuts for various Word functions and commands.
To customise the ribbon, select File > Options.
Select Customise from the menu at the bottom of the Customise the Ribbon and keyboard shortcuts pane.
Choose the current document’s name or the template you wish to store the keyboard shortcut modifications in from the store changes in box.
Go to File > Options > Customize Ribbon.
At the bottom of the Customize the Ribbon and keyboard shortcuts pane, select Customize.
In the Save changes in box, select the current document name or template that you want to save the keyboard shortcut changes in.
Change the keyboard shortcuts
Select File > Options > Customise Ribbon from the menu.
Select Customise at the bottom of the Customise the Ribbon and Keyboard Shortcuts pane.
Select the current document name or template to save the keyboard shortcut modifications in the Save Changes box.
