Click the Review tab on the Ribbon. Click the down arrow on Track Changes > Track Changes to turn it on or off.

At the start of the document, click or tap. Track Changes can be found on the Review tab. Choose Accept or Reject. Word will go to the next change as you accept or reject changes.
