Job Role: CloudOps Graduate Trainee

Job Location: Bangalore

Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day tasks and activities related to the assigned department or project.
• Collaborate with the Engineering and Ops teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• 24*7 Shift Availability.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of the continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Support the automation of Ops Tasks, deployment, and testing processes.
• Work with the team to monitor and optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Contribute to the configuration and management of infrastructure and cloud resources (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Assist in setting up and managing containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Participate in the troubleshooting and resolution of production issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and system administrators, to ensure smooth software delivery.
• Research and evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance the SaaSOps workflow.
• Contribute to the documentation of deployment procedures, infrastructure setup, and troubleshooting guides.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and SaaS Ops principles.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket).
• Knowledge of scripting languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Exposure to containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus.
• Understanding of cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to learn new technologies and tools quickly.
