Eligibility Criteria

• Experience: 0-2 years.
• Competency as a “Generics Engineer” with less than 1 year of experience.
• Proficiency in programming languages like C, C++, Java, Python, Kotlin, C#, etc.

Skills Required

• Good problem-solving and reasoning skills to solve basic programming questions and implement data structures and algorithms.
• Well-versed in a programming language and has completed academic projects in that language.
• Understanding of using the IDE for development and familiarity with basics and standards.
• Technical capabilities enhancement through training, self-study, and periodic technical assessments.

Job Role

• The person in this position is responsible for design, coding, testing, bug fixing, documentation, and technical support in the assigned area.
• They need to achieve on-time delivery while adhering to quality and productivity goals.
• This is an operationally oriented role involving day-to-day defined tasks.
• The individual will work under the close supervision of a Team Lead or Project Manager.
