Roles and responsibilities:
Enter the RFQ, Quotation, Order and Quality details in the log and maintain the database
Responsible for creation of Dashboards / Reports for review by management
Responsible for improving the efficiency of the processes through intelligent automation tools like PowerApps, Azure etc.,
Maintains the database of sub-vendor quotes
Work closely with Proposals Team members to understand the area of improvement and create automation in current manual interventions
Responsible for entry and maintenance of Quality Tracking Tool

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Bachelor of Science or equivalent level
3 to 5 years’ experience in Data Maintenance
Excellent knowledge on Tools like Excel, SQL, Database, PowerBI, Power Automate Tools and Azure tools
