Job Title: QA – Test Engineer

Location :Mumbai, Maharashtra, India

Job Role: Engineer

Requirements:

● Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
● Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases
● Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
● Design, develop and execute test cases
● Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
● Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
● Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products.
● Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers) to identify system requirements
● Monitor debugging process results
● Give UAT Demo to Product team
● Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open
defect counts
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Good analytical and problem solving skills

Job Description:
● Able to report bugs/issues and provide the cause of the issue along with bug/issue identification, to developers.
● Good knowledge of Manual Testing concepts and Good Manual Testing Skills.
● Ability to derive Important test scenarios from requirements and able to write good test cases.
● Ability to work under tight timelines of delivery
● Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment.
● Good Experience on Defect Life Cycle, defect Tracking Tool using JIRA.
● Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines
● Having knowledge in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
● Having knowledge of performance and/or security testing is a plus
● BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related
subject
