To insert a caption for an image in Microsoft Word, follow these steps:
- Place the cursor where you want the caption to appear, typically below or above the image.
- Go to the “References” tab in the Word ribbon.
- Click on the “Insert Caption” button in the “Captions” group. A dialog box will appear.
