1. Click Edit individual letters.
2. In the Merge to New Document dialog box, select the records that you want to merge.
3. Click OK.
4. Scroll to the information that you want to edit, and then make your changes.
5. Print or save the document just as you would any regular document.

Click PAGE LAYOUT > Page Setup dialog box launcher.

In the Page Setup box, under Orientation, click Portrait or Landscape.

To Change the page orientation to portrait to landscape follow these steps

1. To change the orientation of the whole document, select Layout > Orientation.
2. Choose Portrait or Landscape.
