1. Prepare your presentation and save it.
2. Sign in to your Microsoft account (OneDrive or Outlook.com).
3. Go to “File” > “Share” > “Present Online.”
4. Click “Present Online” and select “Office Presentation Service.”
5. Copy the link generated and share it with your audience.
6. When you’re ready to start, click “Start Presentation.”

Your presentation will now be viewable online, and your audience can follow along using the shared link.
