To quickly move to a specific slide in Microsoft PowerPoint 2013, you can use the built-in navigation feature called “Slide Sorter” view. Here’s how you can do it:
- Open your PowerPoint presentation in PowerPoint 2013.
- Click on the “View” tab in the ribbon at the top of the screen.
- In the Presentation Views section, click on “Slide Sorter.”
Alternatively, you can press the “Ctrl” + “Shift” + “S” keys on your keyboard to directly switch to Slide Sorter view.
- Once you are in Slide Sorter view, you will see a thumbnail view of all the slides in your presentation.
- Locate the slide you want to jump to and click on it. The selected slide will be highlighted.
If you have a lot of slides, you can use the scroll bar at the bottom to navigate through them more quickly.
- After selecting the desired slide, you can either press the “Enter” key on your keyboard or click on the selected slide to switch to that slide.
By using the Slide Sorter view, you can easily locate and navigate to any specific slide in your PowerPoint presentation without going through each slide individually.
