The easiest way to filter data in Excel is as follows
1. Select any cell within the given range.
2. And then Select Data > Filter.
3. Select the column header arrow.
4. Select the Text Filters or Number Filters, and then select a comparison between them.
5. Then Enter the filter criteria and select OK.
