Windows Azure SDK 2.1 for .NET Released

Today, Microsoft has announced the release of the new version of Windows Azure SDK (Windows Azure SDK v2.1) which is now available for download from Windows Azure Developer Center.

The Current version is a major refresh of the Windows Azure SDK and includes some cool features like

  • Visual Studio 2013 Preview Support
  • A new Built in VM image that the developers can utilize to develop in the cloud using Visual Studio 2013 VM Image.
  • Interesting new PowerShell commands which can be used to automate websites etc.
  • And more…
