    Reason for the Error

    When opening the file to be placed in a copy or backup set, to be inspected, the file header was not recognized as a valid header because it contained a invalid creation SCN. The indicated file cannot be processed.

    Solution

    Ensure that the correct files are being specified for the catalog or backup operation.
