Business Administration \/ CA.<br \/>\nBatch : 2020\/2021\/2022\/2023<br \/>\nJob Location : Kolkata, West Bengal.<br \/>\nLast Date : ASAP.<\/p>\n<p>Responsibility:<\/p>\n<p>Requirement Gathering and Gap Analysis:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate and assist the team, in requirements gathering Understand industry \/ SAP standard processes and compare with customer process and help the team.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Knowledge Management:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Update knowledge articles in the knowledge management repository.<\/li>\n<li>Create knowledge articles on the problem, workaround solutions.<\/li>\n<li>Maintain knowledge management database.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Solution Engineering:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the team for the following activities, while ramping up own knowledge of processes \/ methodology.<\/li>\n<li>Provide support in creating solutions for the gaps.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare first drafts on end to end solution for the client and integration plan and submit them to supervisor for review.<\/li>\n<li>Detail out customization requirements\/ configuration changes required for solution implementation.<\/li>\n<li>Obtain approval and validation on solution developed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Implementation and Testing:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the team for the following activities, while ramping up own knowledge of processes \/ methodology.<\/li>\n<li>Carry out testing before handover to the users, test development objects and give feedback to the technical team.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct pilot of solution developed.<\/li>\n<li>Guide users in uploading data into the system.<\/li>\n<li>Create test cases based on the knowledge of the domain\/product.<\/li>\n<li>Conduct system testing based on the scenarios.<\/li>\n<li>Use various testing tools as required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Project Support:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the team for the following activities, while ramping up own knowledge of processes \/ methodology.<\/li>\n<li>Based on requirement study and gap analysis, analyze process\/framework anomalies and deficiencies and make recommendations.<\/li>\n<li>Interact with clients as and when required on basic queries.<\/li>\n<li>Assist Senior Consultants in drawing linkages between a module within the project and other modules \/ objects.<\/li>\n<li>Provide timely inputs or mentor other team members working on the project based on domain \/ product knowledge.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Documentation:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support the team for the following activities, while ramping up own knowledge of processes \/ methodology.<\/li>\n<li>Document customer requirements.<\/li>\n<li>Document the design\/blueprint\/functional specifications of the solution based on guidance from Senior Consultants \/ Team Lead.<\/li>\n<li>Upload the documents in
