On call duty includes evenings and weekends.<\/li>\n<li>Review with senior engineers issues found in the field and assist.<br \/>\nCommunication with Design and Supply Chain on problems found<br \/>\nUtilize debug tools as well as lab research to aid Customer\u2019s technical problem.
