Job Role: Graduate Trainee\/Diploma Trainee<\/p>\n

Qualification: B.Sc.\/B.Com\/BBA\/BCA\/BA or Diploma(10+2+3)<\/p>\n

Location: Bangalore\/Mumbai\/NCR\/Pune<\/p>\n

Eligibility Criteria: 60% and above in 10th ,12th and Graduation & No Active Backlogs<\/p>\n

Training Indemnity\/Bond: 24 months<\/p>\n

CTC: 2.6 LPA to 3.15 LP<\/p>\n

    About The Role<\/h2>\n

    Job Description:<\/p>\n

    • \u00a0End to end trouble shooting End user services network issue<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Provide support on Outlook related issues and Windows OS related issues<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Coordinating with Vendors to troubleshoot on assets which are in Warranty<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Preparing SLA\/Performance reports and meeting with Customers to manage regular operation<\/li>\n
    • Should be ready to work in 24×7 environment.<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Ticket handling<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Prepare, implement and verify the configuration and integration of a Node\/system\/services<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Emergency Handling and chronology preparation<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Coordinating with care\/vendor team for handling resolved cases<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Interfacing with other Technical Teams<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Coordinating with field team if onsite support required on faults<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Hand over and activity sheet preparation<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Ability to identify problems and act accordingly as per defined CM process<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Ensuring Post check of activities done during MW period.<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Experience in trouble shooting of configuration related issues.<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Preparation of script and Impact analysis for changes that needs to be done in network.<\/li>\n
    • \u00a0Conduct remote troubleshooting<\/li>\n
    • Ensuring coordination with cross-functional teams (if any) for various issues during any configuration changes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
