  • Candidates should possess B.E\/B.Tech\/Any Degree from recognized university\u00b7<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Job Description:<\/h2>\n
      \n
    • Deliver technical support and conduct online demos and customer training<\/li>\n
    • Perform requirement gathering and analysis<\/li>\n
    • Respond to RFI requests and ensure timely follow-up with contacts<\/li>\n
    • Deliver accurate and timely solutions to customers and provide POC to leads<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Pre-requisites:<\/h2>\n
        \n
      • Excellent in written and spoken English<\/li>\n
      • Proficient in offering phone-based support to US and UK customers<\/li>\n
      • Have an experience of 6 months or more in client-facing roles<\/li>\n
      • Need to be open to relocation and working night shifts<\/li>\n
      • Interested in learning new technologies<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
